With reference to my despatch No.666

of the 30th of December, 1930, I have the honour to

enclose copies of Reports Nos. 1 and 2 of the Finance

Committee which were adopted by Legislative Council

on the 5th and 12th of February, 1931, respectively,

and to request Your Lordship's approval of the items of supplementary expenditure contained therein.
